Why does visiting family have to be so stressful?

I wish I knew. I go thru this on holidays. I have in-laws who think they are perfect. They are so difficult to be around. Families can try a person's nerves. Hang in there and God bless.

Crook32, do you have a post-event "de-stress" technique or ritual?

Family is just so annoying. I tend to stay away by myself as much as I can when I am there.
No I don't have any de-stress techniques. That is part of the problem.

I do the same thing Crook32. It is super stressful and it just makes me either super angry or depressed after. Family can just be difficult.
