You've put your finger directly on a serious problem, Fuzzybear. It would be one thing if we could be certain that fully competent and compassionate care would answer our call for help. It is entirely different when our experiences with "help" deprive us of that certainty (or even make us nearly certain of the opposite).

I know how you're feeling

I'm still really badly hurt by being refused a pdoc appt because I don't meet the criteria for help. I'm so angry about it but I can't fight (no energy). Why are we treated so badly, it is altogether wrong.
