Everything hurts today. So trying to change my damn thoughts. It's so frustrating, constant struggle.

What I do is I try to recite facts in my head, be it historical battles, nameing the monarchs of England.. anything that I can do that keeps the mind busy but limits emotion. I don't suggest this as a way to cope.. but it helps pass time for me till I can do something. This isn't for everyone.. I'm an odd duck I know.
