I had a good weekend. I feel so anxious about going to work today. My mind keeps wandering to bad thoughts.

I agree with useless me, work can be a brilliant distraction from any mixed emotions, even if you dont feel up to it, or just way to anxious to function, try to think of the task objectively as a distraction x hope this helps

I'm starting another job in a month and I know I will be so anxious for the job. I wish I could learn from people who can hold down a job and conquer or at least handle their anxiety without being absent and losing their job.

Hi, I am doing okay. I think because I am just exhausted and busy worrying about and being sad for other people. I go from anxiety, stress to pure exhaustion. This sounds terrible but this morning my blood pressure was up and I actually liked the funny way it made my head feel. I have been off my blood pressure meds for a while, but my doc doesn't know this. That's bad. I sound self-destructive. I felt so sad for our office manager. She has worked at that office for 20 years and the new company that took over fired her. Who knows what's next. I'm almost too tired to care.

I don't know if this helps you but when my anxiety is at peak level. I will take a one minute break, sit down, and say a quick prayer. I wish you success in your new job.
