I woke up a little more relaxed this morning, at around 11am I started feeling very anxious and sad, I saw my therapist from 12:30 to 1:30 and after it was feeling okay, I was trying out the techniques. Then at around 6 I started feeling very relaxed and in the moment. Now, I'm laying in bed and I feel anxious and depressed.

I find that my emotions can rollercoaster, especially when I've been anxious. Try and get some sleep if you can. Sleep won't cure you but I find it offers a welcome respite and gives me a bit more strength to fight the next round.
Thanks for this!

Hi I feel the same way for about a week now, about the only time I feel good is when I am asleep. It is like every depression I have had, each one is worse than the last. I have been taking it day by day
