No one. PC is all I have. Must force myself to go on.

It takes huge effort to pull myself out of sui thinking.

My work was supposed to be rewarding. But difficult people drain the life out of me.

Antarctica merely expresses my aloneness in the world.

It helps me to reach out beyond the hurt and defeat. Thank you for asking.

Hang in there. I know faking is exhausting and hard. Keep looking up there has to be a better solution than suicide. You are loved here. Could you maybe go to the ER? I'm getting worried about you. PM me if you need to. I'll be on all day. Thinking of you. And call your T again and tell them it's an emergency. Stay safe.

Gayle, dont be too concerned. I may feel like I want to die. But I have no intentions of acting on it. Thanks.

well i am glad you like your current therapist....

maybe you need to make a second call and challenge her on why she did not respond to your first call.
Thanks for this!

Your therapist may have a lot of time on her hands. In the meantime, hang in there. Life is hard, that's the truth. We all wish life was easier, devoid of people who enjoy causing pain to others. But life has it's beautiful moments too. We are all here for you.
Thanks for this!

T. called me a little bit ago. She has been out sick. Just when I told myself she was not going to call. Well, she only talked less than a minute. Said she will try to call me some time tomorrow. I did not have any time to tell her what was going on. So disappointed in life.

Oh dear dear seekersinking, I'm so very sorry and sad to hear you're feeling way down in that pit of despair, which I hate to say I know very well. There have been just many many times in my career in severe mental illness I've felt the same as you. My depressions have rendered me so bad I've been in~patient many times, yet I still can't tell you how to get out of the feeling you want out of life. I've often kinda ''defered'' departing by telling myself to wait until tommrow, then when tommrow comes I do the same. Last time this happened was 7 months ago but this time an antidepressant started me on the upward trend thank goodness. Hunny, please come here and talk, we will listen, I WILL listen anytime you like. I'm in London, UK so there might be a time difference. I send you big HUGS and lots of LOVE.
Thanks for this!
