For those who read my posts earlier, I have been feeling severely anxious/depressed all morning. At around 5pm, I went on an hour hike with my sisters and cousin then we went and picked up my cousin's friend and went to target then we came home then out of nowhere they decided to go play tennis. We have tennis rackets but we didn't have any balls so we went to walmart and bought some and we ran into this girl who is a family friend and told her if she wanted to come play tennis with us and she accepted. We went a played tennis and dropped everyone off at 9 and now I'm home. It distracted me a lot and I'm in a better place now but I know it will not stay like this forever. Tomorrow, they wanted to go ride bikes around town but I don't know if we are because my cousin and her friend have soccer practice tomorrow. I'm scared to stay at home all day because that's when I get really bad so I'm hoping we do something. If my days were busy all day like this, I think I wouldn't have time to think and get anxious and depressed.

Glad you were helped by keeping busy. It takes such a lot of effort to do anything when feeling down, so well done. Hope you find an activity for tomorrow.
