This is The first time I have experienced what I think of as a Fall off The Cliff depression. Is this not being able to choke down food an experience others have had? Have lost 8 lbs in 3 weeks and get very sick feeling too often. Trying to stay hydrated but since I always think in the future rather than the present... How long can a body go on not eating? Any health food suggestions?

I know that it is hard to eat and even drink. Try V8, Ensure, something that has at least some vitamins in it.

Have had that experience, many times. When I get too down, my relationship with food would just disappear. I remember not eating anything at all for 7 days straight.. that was horrible.

Hoping you'll try to force something down. Your stomach will cry in pain once you start eating should you stop.

[QUOTE=glok;3812101]Hello, Downintheblues. Is professional treatment an option?

Working on it. Heard it will take another month or two. In the meantime will try the drinking your nutrition some people suggested. Drinking is easier than eating, never thought of it before. Duh.
