Wondering if anyone has any insight on this. Considering it as an option since I am having problems being able to talk about things and process them the way I should. Grasping at straws.

Hello, Demck. I have no firsthand experience. This may help:

Hello and good day to you Demck. I'd like to oWELCOME

.Ah yes: Eye movement desensitization reprocessing. My therapist is interested in this relatively new therapy. Not for use on me but possibilly with her clients who have severe PTSD. She's on her finial advanced course and then she'll be qualified. Were you considering this type of therapy? I hope you get to know your way around PC, make some friends and generally find it helpful. Oh and it's a nice way to find friends!! HUGS. xxxxxxxxxx

I recently read something about it and am very interested in it.

A long time ago I discovered quite by accident in meditation that my eye movements did change things in my brain. Like rolling my eyes upward and back and forth in meditation I get these good tingly little feelings in my prefrontal cortex. I have experimented with it over the years and there is something to it. And why do we have rapid eye movement in our sleep and dreams.

I think there is something to it.
