This is my pity time for me. It helps me to write my feelings.
My whole life seems to be a complete downward spiral of negatives and failures.
I could write a book about all the "stuff" that has happen to me. This past year is just like the previous but with more depressing thoughts. I returned to school and got my degree. I have been looking for employment since April and this hasn't help my depression at all. I had to quit the therapist cause I couldn't afford her anymore. Been off my meds now for about 4 months cause I can't afford them either. I sit in my house day after day all by myself except for my animals. My friends have moved on. It is so lonely.
On New Year's Day my boyfriend broke up with me after five years, so that wasn't good. I just feel so hopeless. I have no family close by, my two daughters live about 4 hours away. Two years ago I moved back to the town were I grew up thinking that I would be close to my friends and family.
After two years the family moved and the friends have their own lives. Thanks for reading. It helps to put it down in writing.

Welcome To PC! I hope you find the support you are looking for.... people are nice and willing to listen....

Congrats on getting your degree! What an accompplishment! I wish I had the opportunity for something like that.. and the courage to do it...I hope you feel a sense of pride for that...

I'm sorry you are lonely...maybe you should call your daughters and have a nice chat....? I hope you feel better soon...have you had a good cry over the breakup? 5 years is a long time and crying is cleansing....

Take Care! FaithisAlive

Hello and welcoe to Psych Central. there is community help for you usually in the county in which you live in for free for mental health services and there is also free medication programs as well for medication. I am going to give you the number for the Freemedicineprogram if you call them they will help you to get the meds that you need for free 1-800-921-0072 you may call this number 24/7. They will send you an application for your Dr to fill out for your medicaiton. You can also see a regular Dr for medication if necessary until you can see a Psych Dr in your area in the county. If you are unable to get the information in your area please feel free to PM me and I will try to find the information that you ned. The Salvation Army is a good place to start to find resources in your area, and they also help with food, clothing and bills as well. Take care Soidhonia

Hi Txstarrrynites,

I am sorry that you are having such a rough time.
It sounds like you have gone through alot.
I am sorry about this.
I do wish that somehow, you could get your anti-depressants again. I really think they would help you.

Wow, New Years Day. What an as#h*&$!! I am sorry. Five years is a long time to throw away. Just think of it as HIS loss. Not yours.

I do hope that you can find a job. I'm sure it would help your depression as well as your financial situation.

I wish you all the best and come on here anytime and express your feelings. It really does help to write it out as you have found out.

Good luck,
Hugs,
Linda

Thanks Boopers,
I love your name. Today hasn't been a good day. Having to put my home on the market. I am at my wit's end today.
Been looking for work since April 06..... grrrr.
Just keep on going... but it is getting so hard and old.
I just want to be happy and not worry so much
