So, today I got a really boring day... slept a lot, barely left my room and when I left it was to go to the bathroom or kitchen.
Right now it's 01:44 a.m. and many thoughts are rushing through my brain and I can't stop them, none are good, I'm feeling really crappy and I wanna hurt myself so the physical pain makes the emotional go away

Dont hurt yourself. Relax and breath. Think of the things that make you happy. Any certain? Read a book, watch something funny. You can fight this pain, you dont need to hurt yourself. Take care.
