I've never done something like this (very new) but I might as well try. I've self diagnosed myself with mild/severe depression, and I didn't just come to this conclusion through the websites quizzes but have researched enough on symptoms/read stories to safely say I am depressed. As the title reads I've been this way for awhile. I honestly can't say when it started but this past two months I've come to realize how much of a weight it is. For starters, I am young (not out of high school), male, and that's all I feel safe to say for now. Just wanted to make a first post to gauge responses and test the waters. If I feel up to it I might even make another post to talk about my depression.
