l know living has to be the only option, but it feels such an endurance. l am working 12 hours a day and can function when l am there, but In between l just feel terrible. It is so hard to be motivated to do all the self care stuff, when there is zero motivation or energy.

And l can't bear after 4 years of therapy to still be in this dark hole. l am beginning to think this is as good as it gets and all l can do is tick off the days one by one, like a count down to Christmas.

Are you being being prescribed medication? If yes, maybe your T can change your medication.

People generally look forward to Christmas! And so, it sounds like you're counting down on a positive note

Oh SoupDragon I feel so sad that you are feeling this way. Maybe it is time to get yourself a bit of a break. You know a little bit of me time? We have to take care of ourselves too. 12 hours a day will wipe anyone out. Are you still in Therapy? I get to feeling that way when all I do is work and come home. There is more to life even if it is just walking in the park or going for an ice cream. I hope you can make some time for you soon. Sending positive vibes your way!

I can relate.....I'm generally ok at work but once I'm on my personal turf all goes down the drain.
