I'm having a very tough time right now. I feel like I have no one. Recently it just feels like everyone has been leaving me and it's tearing me down... Even when I'm with people I still feel like I'm completely alone... Like they don't care... Like I'm not even here.... When I'm alone like this all I want to do is sit and cry... I haven't cut in a few months but for some reason.. Tonight I'm getting really bad urges and I don't know what to do with them... I just feel like there's nothing I can do and I need someone to talk to... To just care and attempt to get these things off my mind... Please talk.

Hello Here's two people to talk to although I can't say I'll be all that helpful. One thing to keep in mind when you're feeling like there's nobody. Your illness is affecting your perceptions. That doesn't necessarily mean your perceptions are off... it's just important to keep the possibility in mind.

Hello Oreosalad,
Been were you at right now many many times. All of us here do really care if you have a therapist it might be a good idea to contact them and let him/her know how you are feeling. As my therapist has told me many times feelings are just feelings (they will pass) they are not facts you are truly not alone. Your feelings are very valid though and it is hard to not see them as real. Why don't you tell me a little about yourself I would love to hear. Please know you are not alone hang in there.

Welcome, and know that you are not alone. Hopefully you will read these posts and find some comfort. I've been where you are and it is very scary, but here you are surrounded by people who understand and will not judge. Take care.
