I see my t today, but i think I need a med tweak. I'm starting to get that numb, depressed (from past experience) feeling. It isn't sadness I feel, just...this sense I don't exist, somehow. Is this depression or could it be something else? I'm on Ablify and its been working so well...sigh. Sorry to be such a sad sack right now. Thank you.

Hello, nummy. Tell your therapist about what you are experiencing. It may be a good idea to let your psychiatrist know too. The two of them ought to be able to make any adjustments indicated. Your therapist can help your with your feelings.
Thanks for this!

Thank you for replying glok. My therapist cancelled today saying I was her only appointment and she didn't feel like sticking around just for me. She rescheduled tomm but by then I'll have clammed up.

Ps love your signature and it was just the thing needed to end a sick, pathological friendship.
