The last 24 hours have been full of memories from the first thought of sui. I know part of it comes from fear, but the scenes are becoming more frequent. I hate tje fourth of July. I just want to hide and watch Doctor Who. That has eased my mind from the flashbacks. I'm hoping that sharing will ease the flashbacks enough that I can sleep soon.

Hello, puzzclar. Is there someone you can visit or be with? Are you safe?

4th season. I was with someone, but not today but it didn't matter, migraines will change your plan. I was supposed to travel today for a classic car parade, but I wasn't sure if the migraine would return. Then again I felt unsafe to drive. Then my sister returned home from work and complained about me laying down so I left to my room to keep it dark and to keep my head at the right angle. While distracted I'm fine, and the headache started to save me from the pain and flashbacks. I hopefully tomorrow will be better.
