There's 5 more days until I see my T and 6 until I see my pdoc. I just want to give up. Invega Sustenna is working wonders on my psychosis and mania, but I can't get out of this depressive episode. I'm going to discuss with my pdoc about getting on Paxil, my pdoc doesn't want me on an AD because they make me manic but I really don't care at this point if it makes me manic. I hate myself so much and just want to end my life. I feel like time is going to go by extremely slow until my appointments.

I find that when I come here often, the day goes more quickly. And doing my best to comfort others helps me. This might sound bizarre because I take no pleasure in anything some days, but something as simple as a coloring book and crayons can distract me.

Warmth and light to you. And I'm 47.

I know you see no light and no way you will last for 5 and 6 days, but I believe in you, because how ever old you are, you have lasted this long.

PM me if you want someone to talk to, I will listen without judgment, as your friend.

I too found that when I was severely depressed i spent hours and hours on this site and it really helped.

It would seem to me you need an AD as well. Probably not Wellbutrin or a SSNRI as those are much more activating. Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Paxil, Lexapro......many SSRI's to choose from.
