Does anyone have any information on how to access mental health services in Arizona? I'm on disability, and have only Medicare and very little financial freedom. Seriously, I have trouble putting food on the table, so copays would be a real strain on my budget. Still, it's essential that I get some professional help. Any suggestions offered here would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

Good suggestions Raindropvampire! I'd also go to the local branch of my county library, they have a ton of resources, many to take away on where to find help and the research librarian can help you find more, specific to your location and needs.
