Does anyone have any information on how to access mental health services in Arizona? I'm on disability, and have only Medicare and very little financial freedom. Seriously, I have trouble putting food on the table, so copays would be a real strain on my budget. Still, it's essential that I get some professional help. Any suggestions offered here would be greatly appreciated. THANKS!

try these and see if they help

ADHS Bureau of Health Systems Development | Sliding Fee Schedule Clinic Locations

Mental Health Counseling - Services - Therapy

dial 211 on your phone. It's pretty universal in all states. They should be able to give you a list of resources in your community.

Also Community Partnership of Southern Arizona
Independent Living Centers may be helpful as well
Arizona Statewide Independent Living Council
Good luck!

Good suggestions Raindropvampire! I'd also go to the local branch of my county library, they have a ton of resources, many to take away on where to find help and the research librarian can help you find more, specific to your location and needs.
