Several months ago I watched a foreign movie that was 99% forgettable with the exception of one amazing line.

"You don't have to die to end your life."

If I remember right, it was spoken to a character who was in a suicidal condition, and moved them to consider that instead of death, a radical life change was what was needed.

This has stuck to me ever since. It has been the source of reassurance and inspiration, but as yet any real action.
