My girlfriend of two years, has just told me she is scared of me when I am angry. I couldn't feel worse. I have no control over when I get angry when I get in that state. I couldn't feel worse. I'm not violent or anything. I just feel **** and get angry at myself a lot

I know it's not her fault. But I do not know how to cope with this

Hi, iditp20. How about checking out this forum? http://forums.psychcentral.com/coping-emotions/.

I also suggest you talk to a therapist about your anger and how to deal with it. I would be upset, too, if I knew folks were scared of my anger. (And they have been in the past.) Anger can go along with depression.
