I always feel like everything is wrong. I don't feel normal. And by normal, I mean I don't feel like myself. I worry that ill forever feel like this... like everything is wrong 24/7. Do other people feel this way and have you been able to overcome it?

Have you ever felt 'normal'? There is a huge range in what people think is 'normal'. Can you go to a doctor and talk to them about where your head is at?

Yes. I used to feel normal. I have very high grades. Used to have great social skills, many friends, confidence, intellect, empathy. I had a good sense of humour.

Thanks to anxiety&depression, I never feel like myself.

Do get help. I know so well what you are talking about from my own youth-----everything is "off", it is almost as if the world is off its axis, the sun doesn't set "right", the solid earth is untrustworthy, you no longer have the confidence, you question ----and you just hang on for dear life.
I waited too long---(I didn't think anyone could help me, and I was very afraid to say anything...toughing it out was not the best decision I ever made...)
But, for all that, life has turned out to be full of Real Worth...painful at times, but worth it, and better than it was...
These things happen, sometimes we can know why, sometimes not, we want to explain it, but we have to open up and live where we are in order to move on...

Whenever I feel insecure and unhappy... I will feel that anything and everything around me is not right... Something is missing.. And I won't know why and what causes it

Everything is wrong? Not my thought process. With all the disorders I have, wrong is normal.
