So depressed now that my job hours have been cut down. Good thing I have a p doc appt next week. I have been needing a change of meds for a while. Wish I could take welbutrin but it might trigger mania that I get rarely. I was treatment resistant almost 15 years ago. Hope that is not the case now. I need some therapy but it has gone up to $35 a visit at the United Way agency. Going to look into other resources for that. Hopefully free or little $.

I do wish you the best...being in the midst of some rather debilitating depression, I can understand the apprehension...

I hope you are successful in locating low- or no-cost help. I've read some people participate in Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance groups as an adjunct to or substitute for formal therapy.

I am slipping again too. I have a referral for therapy but of course they have dropped the ball and I will have to be a squeaky wheel as usual.
