Hey, and welcome do i have depression ?

it does sound like you're having some problems with depression... how long has this been going on for? Could you see your dr about it, or visit a counsellor?

Hello drareg,

Welcome to Psych Central!

We can't diagnose here but it does sound like you are aware of what is causing you to feel low at the moment.

It would be a good idea for you to find someone you trust to talk through the problems so that you can make some changes.

Take care.

welcome to PC......i hope you don't beat yourself up too much over not visiting your grandfather. we all do things that we look back on and wish we could have done something differently. in your case, you recognize some of the reasons you're down and that is the first step.

you can step up your studies and graduate. would you be able to graduate in December if you went to summer school? how many credits do you lack?

i know it hurts for you to see your dad cry and perhaps something positive is going to come out of that for the both of you. your coming here impresses me and we're always here to listen and talk to you..........please post again......xoxoxo pat

I haven't been here long, but welcome...

Sounds like you are in need of sleep. Thoughts and concerns swimming in your head.

Your probably not to far off on sleep medication...probably a good idea to see someone soon. Maybe talk about all that is swimming. Maybe?
