Good morning, Over the last few months I wake up in the morning stressed or unhappy. I go to sleep listening to positive affirmations yet, I wake up in a not so great mood. I have tried taking Melatonin still the same. I was wondering if any one has any ideas.

Hi, MSS60, and welcome! Are you aware of anything that might be causing your depression and stress? Work? Family? School? Money problems?
It might be good to talk to your doctor about it. ![]() |
