I had a hard time today. Nothing bad in particular happened but i couldn't shake this sluggish, in-my-head feeling. When i made an effort to make conversation, I couldn't stop the thought that no one actually wanted to talk to me, or cared what i said. It was like trying to walk to the other side of a quicksand patch. I don't know, it was just one of those days that were hard to get through.

Hello, ElizabethS210. I know of what you speak. I have no pearls of wisdom.

I do wish you well.

Hi ElizabethS210. I have felt like this before. It is such a downer. I hate that feeling when no one is listening to what you have to say.
