Just wanted to stop by and say hello since I also suffer from depression (and social anxiety). Its been a long 20 years of various medications and therapy. Some worked for awhile and others didn't at all. I'm quite exhausted to be honest because I feel life is passing me by and here I am still fighting. I thought it might help if I joined a discussion group like this to talk with others that could relate. Its always a good feeling to be understood.
Hugs from:
Blue_Bird, IrisBloom, Rainrunner
Thanks for this!

I could have written your post. Welcome to PC. Yes joining this forum has helped me. 20 years of treatment and battling it too. A life time of having it or at least since 13.

Hello there. The last thing I thought I would do this year was joining a forum! I'm glad I did as for the first time in more than 30 years I'm not battling this alone. Hope you find the support you need here too.
