hi all
this weekend i had company for dinner and it seem that when i have company for dinner that night i sleep a lttle better and the next day i feel a bit centered and balanced. i don't know why but is seem to work i just hope this stay for awhile. |

I hope you stay that way for awhile too, samm! I found that I do much better if I "go out" even to the convenience store, as long as I talk to someone face-to-face each day. When I just stay locked in with my own head (even using TV or radio for "noise"/human interaction is not as good) I go downhill faster.

samm and perna, it helps me so much to "mingle" with others. i don't know why we don't do it more......
![]() if i go into Austin to see my daughter and grandchildren, i feel so much better for several days. i'm speaking in Austin next Thursday, at a Congressional gathering, and i'm actually looking forward to it. i am trying to keep a positive tape running in my head. it's an important meeting and very imortant to me, personally, to be there. so, i'm taking more than a baby step... ![]() |
