Sick of all the aches and pains that come with being mentally ill.

I have the same constant headache 24 hours a day.

I know, right! It seems everything is experiencing the the same decay. head, back, joints, knees! Everything going at once and I'm not that old... well maybe I am and I'm still in denial! Hope you feel better.

Yes, I think aches & pains are one of the more difficult aspects of depression, & they tend not to get as much "publicity" as do the mental aspects. After a while, it gets to the point where it's hard to know whether the aches & pains are being caused by the depression or if they're related to some other physical problem.
