I've been with 5 therapists/psychiatrists since March.
I've been diagnosed with Depression, General Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, etc.

This new therapist, who i think i actually like and who may help me finally, just thinks i'm extremely depressed, and that my anger is a defense mechanism, not part of some other disorder.

I've almost been hospitalized a dozen times since March. Most recently yesterday. My new therapist just kept calling me "brittle" and "fragile."
Someone finally understands.
He's seeing me 4 times a week. This and keeping my internship was our agreement to keep me out of the hospital.
Someone is finally willing to take the time to find the underlying causes, not just medicate me. I feel validated.
