Everything is. Like the title. Incredibly unreal. Nothing feels real anymore. Like everyone is a figment of my imagination. Stuck in a dream. Nothing I do is real. Everything I touch isn't real. I can't feel it. People's emotions aren't real. My emotions aren't real. I can't feel them. I can still show them but only because I feel like it is what I am supposed to do. Not sure why though.

I feel like my anxiety becomes less of a mental struggle but only to be replaced into a realm where I am no longer alive. I am still anxious and do my normal anxious things. Still get anxious feeling. I still feel the anxiety but it's not as bad as before but that is because it is behind a film of numb.

Robot Jones, Have you been to see a mental health professional to let them know what you are dealing with, so that they can help you?

Robot Jones, Is it a problem with health insurance? Many states off low cost or subsidised mental health support. Also, your doctor should be able to help you locate this resource. It might take a bit of work on your part, but it will be worth the effort!

I don't have a doctor. I don't think my state does have anything for me. Also no one lives here. Last time I went to a regular doctor was for a physical about 5 years ago where I felt embarrassed for a reason I won't bother mentioning. My past efforts have shown quite the opposite of being *worth the effort*.
