It's been a couple of weeks since my first post and I feel better. The transition to a more "Fall" atmosphere from Summer has given me some feelings of sadness, but there's always a pumpkin latte to cheer me up. I have a lot to look forward to this fall. I begin observations and student teaching, which is monumental, but that means a lot more stress and a lot more coping with that stress. My feelings of depression and anxiety have lifted, for now. I hope this lighter feeling I'm experiencing lasts to get me through winter..... thank you to all the kind words of support I've received so far.
