Recently diagnosed with BPD. The worst part is the depression, I can't pick myself back up, I am on anti depressants but they have no affect at all. I am so lost, my head gets noisy and restless, my ears hurt, I border on the thoughts of killing myself and cry and just want to be fixed.
I can't cope with the emotional rollercoaster every day. They said that medication doesn't always have the answer.

But they must be something they can give me?

You can try different ones and combos. Often with much trial and error we can find something that works. Not a fun process. Especially if you find one that works and then it quits working over a period of time. What are you taking?

I am only on citalopram at the minute, which has no effect. As specially with hallucinations and delusions.

I know medication isn't always the answer but something has to help
