Recently diagnosed with BPD. The worst part is the depression, I can't pick myself back up, I am on anti depressants but they have no affect at all. I am so lost, my head gets noisy and restless, my ears hurt, I border on the thoughts of killing myself and cry and just want to be fixed.
I can't cope with the emotional rollercoaster every day. They said that medication doesn't always have the answer. But they must be something they can give me? |

You can try different ones and combos. Often with much trial and error we can find something that works. Not a fun process. Especially if you find one that works and then it quits working over a period of time. What are you taking?

I am only on citalopram at the minute, which has no effect. As specially with hallucinations and delusions.
I know medication isn't always the answer but something has to help |
