I must apologise for stating my opinion.
I must apologise for being me, for having opinions, for being angry that yet another lovely person is in despair who could have been helped by good therapy, and who still could be! it makes me sick   Horrible selfish fuzzy paws  (oh I just remembered, it was my father (and mother and stepmother) who repeatedly called me selfish. Naturally he wasn't the slightest bit selfish, just very Narcissistic....)(sorry about the sarcasm........)

Sorry you're still plagued with their influences. You are the one who gets to decide now, but I know it can be hard to break free from some of that old nonsense. No wonder you are angry.

No need to apologize for anything fuzzy. We are all entitled to our opinions. From what I know you are a good person who is kindhearted to everybody. Don't let the opinions of some people knock you down. You are a great bear.

I know how you feel. I think narcissism is probably the hardest relationship issue to come to terms with. Simply because the narcissistic person is incapable of insight. Hugs for you
