I have been trying very hard to put myself out there and be committed to positive mental health steps since the move.

I have started going to church again (a big deal for me because I have anxiety around crowds) I even joined the church choir and sang in public in front of people today.

I joined a moms group, and am getting back into table top gaming.

But on the way to our first meeting. I had a panic attack. It just hit me out of nowhere. No warning just the feeling of not being able to breath. This group consists of people I mostly know so I have no idea what set me off.

Maybe trying too many new things at once?

I'm inclined to agree. The steps you are taking are most impressive.
I wish you long-term success.
