I'm so lonely... My dad has gone running, my mom cycling and my brother has gone to soccer... I also feel so lazy and like I should be exercising but I don't want to... I just want a relaxing day but I feel too guilty! I also feel so lonely and down... I don't know wat to do in the house and that makes me feel worse...

Loneliness, anxiety, depression, guilt (the sense of guilt exists whether or not it's justified)... That's a whole lot to bear. And that's not all you bear.

Have you discussed situations like this with your therapist? Have they offered any advice or techniques that work for you?
