Why do I feel like giving up , I'm so tired of trying , nothing goes right , I'm too young to feel this way

Major Depressive Disorder
Anxiety Disorder with some paranoid delusions thrown in for fun.
Recovering Alcoholic and Addict
Possibly on low end of bi polar spectrum...trying to decide.

Male, 50

Fetzima 80mg
Lamictal 100mg
Remeron 30mg for sleep
Klonopin .5mg twice a day, cutting this back

Dianne22, I am sorry that you are feeling so bad. Are you on any meds. I hope you get the strength to keep going. Things don't ever stay the same, things will get better.

Hi Dianne, I'm really sorry you're feeling so bad right now. Those feelings can often come with depression, but that doesn't mean you have to be "stuck" with them. With some real help/support it can be possible to work through things.
So welcome to PC!!! Good that you've joined us because there are a lot of really supportive people here.
And if you want to tell us a bit more about what's going on for you when you're ready..............
