|
i have just sabotaged a good friendship. I decided to do the kindest thing and let someone go. i feel i was holding them back, keeping them hooked to my depression..i opened the cage and gave them permission to fly...tonight i am sad..i can't see a future where I will not be like this.

My friend flew back. She said she will sit and wait for how ever long it takes me to feel I am in a better place. I am touched!
