Today was my baby shower and it felt good i had fun but i noticed that the momwent i stopped doing things is where my mind takes over and i didnt want it toruin the baby shower i hadto move around literally til my body felt as though i was about to collapse now that i am back at home in my room in the bed where i spend more than half of my day everything is just catching up from the last couple of hours tryingto ignore this is the first time in a month i was able to really smile for a long time but now my smile has vanished and my mind begins to drift

![]() I think it would be a good idea to talk to about doctor about your long term feelings of depression. I know it will be uncomfortable, but it will be best for you, your husband and new baby for you to seek treatment for depression. ![]() |

Hello & Welcome, Purple_Roses24. I certainly agree with Bluekoi. Although the pregnancy may exacerbate your difficult feelings and moods, I also speculate you are dealing with more extensive, historical challenges.
I recently had to put on a show of normality for relatives, and that's exhausting in itself. Please make yourself at home.

I understand, I'm involved in a spirit organization on campus and during the football game as long as there was action and we were cheering I was great. When things slowed down I was instantly in the pooper. Like that all day back and forth. Kind of difficult to deal with.
