I'm starting this as a way to combat the negative weed thoughts that my brain repeats! Please join in, you never know it might help you to!

1: I'm a good listener
2: I'm kind and caring
3: just because I don't do all the housework doesn't mean I'm lazy!!

Damn that was hard!

Wow, this really is hard today.

1. It's gorgeous outside.
2. My neighbor is going to help fix the fence he helped break.

Brownies!! Yum! I love baking to, something satisfying about it!

Thanks for posting, and keep up the list, it may seem small but the little steps count I've been told. XxX

It stopped raining.
I talked to my son on the phone.
I washed the crockpot last night.
I was able to find something to wear this morning without feeling too overwhelmed by the task.
Soon the work day will be over.
Writing these things down make me feel a little better.

1. I didn't get into another fight with hubby today.
2. I didn't quit my crappy part time job.
3. Although it repeatedly threatened to, my truck did NOT break down on the way to or from work.

I'm glad this thread has been helping people! Its one of the things I like doing! Keep it up you guys!

Listing good things or things you like about yourself is really hard, but it helps kick the c**p outta the bad thoughts that bring us down!

Big hugs to you all, and keep it up! XxX

1. A friend recently said - the difference between a master and novice is, the master has failed more times than the novice has even tried. My failures do NOT mean *I* am a failure. They only mean I have tried.

2. The opinions of people I do not like nor respect DO NOT COUNT. So when *he* said I was unlovable....it DOES NOT COUNT. My cat loves me, so therefore, I am lovable.

My turning into a ranting, raving, unlovable, violent mess doesn't mean that is who I am - that is just what I am feeling at that moment, when I am overwhelmed. (Still trying to sell this one to myself.)

I still have two sandwiches and a salad in the house. I bought gigantic shirts and maybe I'll feel less fat in them.
