This feeling will never leave me. I will continue to die inside. Nothing helps. It just gets worse. Eternal pain I hate what I have done to him and myself. Im so overwhelmed with sadness.

I'm sorry you're in so much pain, aprillynn. I'm guessing your regret over what you've done to him is due to your having bipolar. The only thing that really helps relationships when one or both parties is bipolar is communication and education. The party w/o the condidion needs to educate themselves, so they can learn how to best support their partner. And the communication needs to go both ways.

You don't say whether you're in therapy or on medication, but if not you might want to look at my post here: http://forums.psychcentral.com/bipol...-recovery.html. Right now you sound very depressed. Medication can help with that, and faster than you think.

Whatever you decide to do I hope you find some relief soon, and that your visits to this site are fruitfu.
