I go to my psych nurse tomorrow she prescribes all my meds for my mental health. First I believe there is going to be a change with a medication I have been taking for my anxiety and sleep even though I believe it is working in that. Two weeks ago she told me don't worry we will figure out. So of course it has been on my mind the last two weeks. The details behind why even make it more complicated but I would rather not going into that.

Second I am not feeling that well I am starting to question if I need new medication for my depression and/or different dosages. I hope she can make me feel more at ease but I am guessing when I come out I will be more confused and frustrated. Granted she does know what she is doing but I feel uneasy about it. I hope I am just overreacting and it is nothing I guess time will tell.

Hello Everyone,
So I saw psych nurse this morning few things Wellbutrin, Pristiq are still the same. For the Xanax I am able to take a max of 5 a day now which will be more tablets then before. Normally I only take 2 a day so it will really be like having a 2 1/2 month supply for the most part so I believe we have resolved that problem. Psych nurse is starting me on a mood stabilizer Lamictal 25mg for the first 10 days and then 50mg for the next 10 days. At that point in the medication I am going to contact her per her request to discuss how it is working. And have a appointment for the first week in December already set.

I am hoping this new medication will help and thanks for asking.
