thats terrible why do people set out to destroy other people, i hope you can stop fema from harassing you and i hope you can find the culprits that broke into your shed and get your stuff back

Adamsgirl, im thinking that is what happened now. I have been geting mail for some guy named Jerry Duplesis always to my address. I got one today and kept it. I didnt return to sender like i usually do. Im scared to even call fema cause they werent nice on the phone earlier and i dont want to deal with that agin. im just not answering the phone anymore.I know some of you guys know how fema is and can understand. I might even just let it sit and maybe it will go away.

sky, i didnt even file a claim with them. all i did,, sometime the week after the storm, was call them. everyone in the house i was at called and registered with fema over the phone. Thats all i did and they automatically put 2358 into my acount. they said it was for living expenses in the letter i got later about it. I never signed any paper with fema ever about money. Only the lease for the trailer. i think someone made a fasle with my address. I just dont have it in me to call fema back anytime soon. its way to much headache and heartache dealing with them.

katheryn ty. the police fianlly came about 4 hours after calling them. I honestly could care less about what they stole. it was just tools and can be replaced when the need arises. What pisses me off is the stuff they destoryed. I was only able to save a few things after the storm and they took it away. What Katrina didnt destroy they did.
