I don't think I have ever said that here...I tell myself all of the things that I would tell other people here, but I don't listen because I don't want to.

depression really sucks....and there are all kinds of things we can tell ourselves and come up with things to counter. the end of the day can seem very far away and overwhelming. so don't look that far away. stay in the moment. just look at getting through now. what do I have to do to get through this moment? and don't worry about tonight or even an hour from now. just this very second. take care.

I am sending you a big hug from my hospital bed in a country far away, but in unity. Hang on in there, dear Sophie's mom!

Yep... sometimes you just have to concentrate on making it to the next moment until it gets better. And it will get better. But I know those moments are excruciating.

oh it is so painful i know, but it will pass and tomorrow you will feel better. you have to make it through this moment. take care of yourself, you are very much worth living and your life is precious.
