I'm not actually in London, I'm probably about an hour and a half away from there.
No I am not military I just like to write things properly hehe... I could say 8:14 pm... Or just 20:14. So you're 13:14 which is afternoon then?

Yeah NHS! We do have our advantages to that, in the sense we don't have to have medical insurance.... But I do wonder if it would be better perhaps going private... Not sure really?

When I feel depressed I always try to watch something cute that makes me feel good. Like a cute animal video. It's different for everyone, but we all have something we like.

Maybe it works for you...

I know it's hard, but it sounds to me like for practical reasons, you're just going to have to d r a g yourself through your normal life while you figure out a way to get better.
