lately i've been looking up and reading on ways to die with the least pain. i've been telling myself that other people probably have done this just to see what available options there are but this has been on my mind lately...i guess i should be concerned but the thing is i'm really sort of not. i have been suicidal lately but i'm not sure on how i'm feeling about it atm if i feel like i will ever go for it. i've just wanted to see what available methods i have if i wanted to...

Hi,
I have been in that place, I think it is like anesthesia our mind creates for us not to suffer. As much as you can, avoid using your time searching for methods and so on, I mean, as much as you can be in control. I am sending you a hug

Been there. They say knowledge is power, but it also makes every suicidal thought worse after you know. But after you know you can never go back on that information, it sticks in your head.
Careful.
