It's so nice to be happy again. Had a med change and was hospitalized. I don't want things to get that bad again and I noticed things in myself after the fact. I did learn something in there that I'd like to share. 5 things that could help you to get a bit happier. 1. Meditation 2. Grateful Journal 3. Exercise 4. Journal 5. Random acts of kindness.

Doing all 5 sounds like a great combination. With me exercising helps a lot. Lately I feel like I have been slacking off due to some minor health issues, but I would love to be back on doing it.

Random act of kindness seems like the most fruitful of all. Did you do the acts of kindness at the hospital? That's a great place for that.
