Hello everyone, I thought I might share my situation & receive some feedback on what I've been feeling these last few months. For the first time in my life I've been feeling depressed to the point where I cry every night & have the strong urge to cry throughout the day. I'm going through some big life changes & I have a feeling that my "down" moods are related to this. It has been about three months since I've gotten married, moved (about 35 miles from my parents & current job), & it's been about six months since I've been off my anxiety medication. There are other small changes that I've made but I won't bother with listing them all at the moment. Within these last few months I have missed work quite a bit & I have no motivation to do any of my usual tasks (chores & fun things). My days consist of dragging myself out of bed in the mornings to make my hour & a half drive to work & then head back home & straight to bed. I don't get much sleep anymore because my thoughts keep me up at night & I have a hard time eating (lack of appetite). I love my husband & he's always trying hard to cheer me up, but I can't seem to shake this feeling. We've talked & decided that if I don't feel better in a few more weeks then I'll go see a doctor about this & possibly get back on medication for my anxiety until we're more settled into our new life. I'm honestly thinking that this is all from the major changes in my life but I'm curious as to what you all think about this. Thank you in advance for your help - Jasmin

If you've had problems with anxiety before I agree that it could be showing itself again due to major life changes. I hope things get better for you

That's what I think as well. I think I've relapsed but what has me concerned is the immense sadness I feel this time around (I've tried getting off medication before & relapsed). Thank you for the well wishes
