I forgot to take my meds two nights in a row last week. (Thursday and Friday night) and by Saturday night I was in a worse depression than before I started taking meds. I even thought about the big "S" but was able to get myself in bed before I thought too much more about it. It was a rough weekend.

I'm glad you're feeling better! You know, it seems like a trivial thing, but I really suggest getting one of those plastic pill organizers that you can get at most drug stores. I think that many people are worse than they think they are at really taking what they are supposed to take every day without exception, never doubling up and knowing ahead of time when to get more. I do this myself, even just for supplements. ![]() |

Another thought is to set up a reminder on your computer if you spend much time on it. And maybe make a quick check-off chart in a windows type file.
I forgot once for almost one day and oddly enough I felt better for a while. But only for a while. Take care ![]() |

I seem to be doing the opposite and doubling up. I wonder why I'm doing well, then I see that I've doubled up. Then I get worried about liver damage from too high a dose so I miss the next dose, then of course my mood drops. I wish I could take double my dose as it seems pretty effective at that level. The blister pack that my meds come in is already marked out with days of the week, how hard can it be?

I use an app on my phone to remind me. It's connected to a website : www.carezone.com
