This is probably common.. But do you guys ever have the following experience ?
I'll be with my friends or family trying to have fun & be positive. But in my head I'm so sad and I have to push away intrusive thoughts of "self harm".
I just have this super sad feeling and an unshakable sense of doom for no reason. Even if we're all just relaxing or listening to music or out & about .

I don't have the thoughts of self harm but I just mentally defeat myself even on my birthday while we are celebrating as a family.
