Haha I often take that pill. That is great. Yeah it's not good to take ourselves so seriously. There is a bigger picture.

I was just over on crazy meds where you can buy a banner or a badge that says 'F@#k Depression'. After a day where a relative started lecturing me about my 'negative' personality and gave me unhelpful advise based around religious beliefs I needed that laugh.

Those laughs were very much needed!

Although that onion article sounded a little too much like that voice in my head on my bad days...

Maybe it even helps to laugh at that voice in your head(?)

Hyperbole and a Half: Adventures in Depression
Hyperbole and a Half: Depression Part Two
These two illustrated blogs are hilarious. Hard to navigate her site but here are the two funny ones about depression. In the second one a piece of shriveled corn under the fridge changes her. Worth a read and the cartoons are priceless.
